The Commission appointed by Mayor Kelly are all paid employees of City Hall. All Commissioners, their Deputies and the City Attorney as Chairman. Never before in New York State history has there no, City, Town or village that didn’t have a citizen sitting on the Commission. NO TRANSPARENCY
The fiscal outlook on this revision. No transparency, bad for citizens of Saratoga Springs.
The Charter revision that will be on the ballot Tuesday November 6th will mean that Commissioners and 2 Junior Council people with no input on running any department will receive benefits for life. This is not the way citizens of Saratoga Springs want their tax money spent.
