This Commission should know the rules especially since the City Attorney is the Chairman of this Inside Commission and 3 of the current Commissioners  Franck, Madigan & Scirocco accused last years Charter Commission of the very same thing.  According to the State Attorney General’s office it is illegal to spend taxpayer monies for a Commission to advocate for passage which is what this Commission did.  Greg Floyd even did a piece on Channel 6 news about this very topic.  The Commission spent over $10,000.00 for advocating for passage..
